About Cathleen

I've lived in Lake Havasu City since 1991.  I  have enjoyed watching this town grow from 18,000 to it's population now of 55,000.  I  moved here from Northern California where I opened and managed a few health food stores.

After coming to Lake Havasu to vacation a couple of times, I fell in love with the warm, dry climate, and lifestyle that the Lake Havasu area offers.  

The 42 mile long Lake Havasu provides wonderful boating opportunities.  There are many great golf courses, exceptional choices for off-roading enthusiasts, and the close proximity to Mexico, put day trips within easy reach. 

My husband and I bought a floor covering business when we first arrived which we still own and operate today.  After a few years, with the flooring business was solidly underway, I gave in to my long time desire to work in the real estate industry, returning to the classroom to become a Realtor.

I love people, and  I get just as excited as they do when they have purchased their dream house.  I have now worked in the real estate industry in Lake Havasu City and the surround cities for over 14 years.

I am passionate about life here in Lake Havasu City and I think it spills over into my work as a Realtor. 

You will always get my very best effort.  I understand the importance of good communication, careful listening, and I pay close attention to detail.

 I’m always eager to learn new aspects of this ever changing profession,  which translates into a substantial benefit to the bottom line for my clients.
